Roberto C. Novas is an attorney at Novas Law, PC, where he advises clients in estate planning, estate and trust administration, business entity and succession planning, and business transactional work. He works with clients of large, medium, and small estates, providing each client with high-quality and practical representation.

Early in his career, Roberto earned substantial experience as an employment law litigator, advocating for his clients routinely in court.  His litigation experience has allowed him to work and assist businesses with all facets of legal issues they may face, from formation to corporate maintenance. He also enjoys working with families to help them through transitions in ownership and management.

Roberto graduated from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, CA, where he gained valuable experience clerking as a teaching assistant for his professor’s business associations course and clerking for small and mid-sized litigation boutiques.  He also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Riverside.

Roberto is licensed to practice law before all courts of the state of California, and the United State District Court for the Central District of California.

When Roberto is not at the office, he can be found at the park with his dog, riding his bike, swimming laps at the pool or training for a marathon or ironman.
